Our Commitment
We want you to love your B&R Goods purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different item? We're happy to exchange eligible products. Reach out to us and we'll get it sorted quickly — especially important if you're on a tight move-in timeline!
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
